HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Once your parcel is shipped, it takes about 2 to 7 business days.
HOW CAN I SEND MY DESIGN & IN WHAT FILE FORMAT?
Send your logo or customization to our email address.

The file format of your design can be PNG, JPEG, PDF or AI. Just make sure that your image is clear enough and not low quality.

HOW CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT?
If your item is a “customized product” then there is no refund or returning due to the nature of custom made products.
If your item is damaged during the shipping, please take a photo as proof.
If your package has missing items, take photo before opening the nylon package inside the box.

We ship to any country in the world.
If you are worried that your package might get stuck in customs clearance, have no worry. We have very good experience about most of the countries and we have exported to most countries already.
